A: Easily manage your bookings by logging into your MixDorm account on our website or app. Go to My Bookings to make changes. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team directly.
- Check-In and Check-Out Details
Q: What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
A: Standard check-in is at 12 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact your hostel directly to check availability.
- Lost and Found
Q: I lost an item during my stay. What should I do?
A: Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to locate and return your belongings.
- Technical Support
Q: I’m having trouble with the MixDorm website or app.
A: First, try clearing your browser cache or updating the app. If you’re still facing issues, please contact our technical support team, who will be happy to assist.
