Cancellation Policy.
Every MixDorm booking is paid upfront through us — one simple rule for all hostels and guests.
Cancel anytime. Your booking is made and paid through MixDorm upfront, so the amount can't be refunded to your bank or card — payment processing fees and tax aren't recoverable. Instead, 50% of what you paid is credited to your MixDorm wallet as points, ready to use on your next stay. A hostel's own offline cancellation rules don't apply to bookings made through MixDorm.
Section 2
No-Show Policy.
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive by 11:59 PM on check-in day without notifying the property or MixDorm.
Section 3
Exceptions & Force Majeure.
Refunds may be granted under special circumstances. Each case is reviewed individually and requires written proof.
