Use of Services
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
- Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms; they can be met in common areas.
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the property staff may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Group Bookings
- MixDorm does not allow group stays beyond 8 people.
- Groups of 4 or more will be purposefully allocated different dorm rooms.
- Unauthorized group bookings may be canceled or denied at any time.
Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to reservations are subject to availability and current rates.
- Cancellations are non-refundable unless specified otherwise on the booking page.
Liability
- MixDorm is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- We are not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from the use of our services.
