Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register, book, or use any part of the MixDorm platform.
By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to hostel availability and final confirmation by the property.
Advance payments, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Full payment may be required at check-in as per the property's policies.
Prices may fluctuate based on demand, currency changes, or promotions. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in: 12:00 PM · Standard check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be offered at the hostel's discretion and subject to availability.
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, etc.) is mandatory at check-in.
Local laws and hostel policies may apply based on destination.

Guest Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Be respectful of fellow travelers, hostel staff, and local culture.
Do not bring non-resident guests into hostel rooms — meetings must be held in designated common areas.
Keep your personal belongings secure. MixDorm and hostels are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Avoid any illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior. Hostels reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violations.

Group Bookings
MixDorm does not permit group bookings exceeding 8 persons in a single reservation.
For groups of 4 or more, properties may assign different dorm rooms to maintain dorm integrity.
Unauthorized group reservations may be cancelled without notice or refund.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation modifications are subject to availability and the property's policies.
Unless specifically stated on the booking page, all cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellation terms may vary for special events, peak seasons, or partner-hosted bookings. Please review booking details carefully.

Limitation of Liability
MixDorm acts as a travel intermediary, connecting travelers with hostels and experiences.
We are not liable for damages, loss, or injury during travel or stays.
We are not responsible for service issues caused by the property or booking disputes between users and hostels.
MixDorm does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy matters. MixDorm collects and uses your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes personal information required to fulfill bookings and enhance your travel experience.

Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, logos, and technology used in MixDorm are the intellectual property of Hostel Mixdorm Private Limited or its partners.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
For international bookings, users agree to abide by applicable local regulations and property policies.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on our website or app. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
